Schröter baking systems are available in different designs as rotary baking systems, multi-air cross-flow systems, or as combined hot-air cooking systems. We offer the right combination of systems for baking, browning, and cooking your meat products.

The climatic smoking, maturing, postmaturing and defrosting systems are individually tailored to your needs and can be optimally adjusted to your already existing room concept. We also always find the best solution for your new building plans.

Our fish-smoking systems are designed for both hot and cold smoking. Depending on which fish specialty you want to process, we will choose the most economical heating option and an optimal system configuration for you.

Whether sawdust smoke, friction smoke, steam smoke, or liquid smoke, we offer a full program of smoke production for you to choose from. Testing can be arranged for all systems.

Our intensive cooling and shower systems are the ideal addition to your production flow for the rapid cooling and direct packaging of your products. Different cooling media such as ice water, cold air, or brine are available for the handling of processed meat products.

The exhaust purification systems are individually customized to your production. We develop systems for 200 to several thousand cubic meters of flue-gas volume flow per hour. Our program offers various options with heat recovery units, also as a complete container solution. We alternatively offer the water washer for equipment with steam smoke generators.

We offer fully continuous systems for individual customer solutions. Drying, smoking, cooking, baking, and cooling are all includ- ed in one cycle. Automatic stick feeding, stick removal as well as stick return with cleaning guarantee automatic processes. The various installation options ensure spacesaving production.
The semi-continuous systems produce in batches with an integrated, automatic conveying system. Regardless whether the system has been supplied with conventional doors, lift doors, or sectional doors, optimal processes are guaranteed. The cleverly devised system controls are 100% user friendly and are not labor-intensive.
Hot smoking and cooking systems as well as kettle systems are individually. Whether for one or for 50 trucks, as transit construction or as a standard system, for floor-traveling or suspension rail racks. They will always be integrated optimally into your production flow.
